Q: Will I get access to tracking features in MEMORY TRACKER by ProCogny?
A: No, only subscribers will get access to the memory tracking features.

Q: What do I get when I subscribe to MEMORY TRACKER by ProCogny?
A: You will get unlimited access to all of the games and puzzles within the app such as: memory tracking features, daily training activites, unlocked difficulties and icons for the puzzles and games.

Q: Does MEMORY TRACKER by ProCogny collect any data?
A: Data collection is necessary to for the app to funciton. Please look at the MEMORY TRACKER Privacy Policy for further information.

Q: Does ProCogny sell my data?
A: We do NOT sell, rent or lend data of any individual user. Please look at the MEMORY TRACKER Privacy Policy for further information.

Q: Are all of the standalone games also included in MEMORY TRACKER by ProCogny?
A: Yes, all of the individual games such as INFINITE MAHJONG, ICONIC SUDOKU, etc are included within MEMORY TRACKER app.

Q: Can I use MEMORY TRACKER by ProCogny on multiple devices?
A: Currently only one device will store your high scores and memory tracking information but enabling scores across multiple devices is a feature we are looking to add.

Q: How do I turn off auto-renewal?

Android / Google Play:

  1. In the google play store select the Menu
  2. Tap Payments & Subscriptions
  3. Subscriptions
  4. Find MEMORY TRACKER by ProCogny and Cancel Subscription

iPhone/iPad App (iTunes):

  1. Launch Settings
  2. Tap iTunes & App Store
  3. Tap your Apple ID
  4. Tap View Apple ID
  5. Log into your Apple account if prompted
  6. Tap Subscriptions, then choose Lumosity to Cancel Subscription
