This Privacy Policy applies only to the Apps listed above when obtained from Apple Inc’s App Store. Other versions of these Apps may also be available on other platforms with different Privacy Policies, posted on separate webpages.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it?
The games listed above are free to download and use with a subset of game assets.
In base mode, advertisements are presented by third parties on some platforms. These ads are provided by third parties affiliated with Unity, Apple, Google, and other platforms, and ads presented are not controlled by or the responsibility of ProCogny or Leucadia Therapeutics. Advertising identifiers used by Ad providers are used to target ads to you, unless you have not opted in, or opted out, whichever alternative were made available to you. Three-month auto-renewing subscriptions can be used to remove ads from the App and gain access to other assets in the App.
Subscription transactions and device identifiers are handled by Apple Inc, Google and other platform providers that use identifiers that are not transferred to ProCogny.
These Apps do NOT collect user data from game play, data from other apps, device data, or user identifiable data.
